Friends of White Flint Position on the White Flint Sector Plan

Friends of White Flint strongly supports the White Flint Sector Plan as adopted by the Montgomery County Planning Board on July 16, 2009.

On Sept. 22, 2009, Friends of White Flint testified before the County Council on the effect of the County's 2009-2011 Growth Policy on the White Flint Sector Plan. The testimony is available here.

On October 19, 2009, Friends of White Flint released a Report to the Montgomery County Council on the White Flint Sector Plan, and offered twelve recommendations for improvements. The Report can be found here.

Friends of White Flint looks forward to working with the County Executive and Council to enrich and enact the White Flint Plan.
